Grace Weaver's solo exhibition of new paintings, “Parataxis”, opens within Berlin Art Week. Preview from 6–8 pm on 04.09.2026

As part of Gallery Night by Gallery Weekend Berlin during Berlin Art Week 2026, Grace Weaver’s “Parataxis” brings together new paintings exploring everyday rituals, people, and domestic spaces. Weaver offers a playful perspective on contemporary life, contributing to a night that brings together 54 galleries across Berlin. From 6–10pm on 10.09.2026

Paloma Proudfoot presents “Glass Delusion” at Collective's City Dome Gallery, Edinburgh, her first solo exhibition in Scotland. The exhibition brings together large-scale ceramic friezes, sculpture, and a newly commissioned performance in collaboration with artist Aniela Piasecka and composer Ailie Ormston. 06.03.–24.05.2026

Rachel Youn's solo exhibition “Unruly Vessel” opens during the Venice Biennale week, concluding their residency at Scuola Piccola Zattere — an independent space founded in 2024, dedicated to research, experimentation, and exchange in contemporary art. 07.05.–18.10.2026

Soy Capitán took part in House of Galleries in Frankfurt with selected works by Grace Weaver. House of Galleries marks Frankfurt’s annual opening for contemporary art. More than 40 galleries from Frankfurt, Germany, and across Europe present a curated solo exhibition each in the former executive offices of the TRIANON high-rise. 22.01.–25.01.2026

Congratulations to Grace Weaver: The Städel Museum, Frankfurt, has acquired “Untitled (Couple in a Trashscape)” (2022) for its permanent collection. We’re delighted to see Weaver’s work enter this important institution, marking another step in her growing institutional recognition.

Matthias Dornfeld’s catalogue “danke, esslingen,” published by DCV is OUT NOW! Following the comprehensive retrospective at Villa Merkel in Esslingen, this volume serves as both documentation of the exhibition and an in-depth exploration of its themes. It features essays by Friedrich Meschede, Daniela Stöppel, and Christian Gögger, whose contributions shed light on Dornfeld’s oeuvre and iconography.

The Oldenburger Kunstverein presented “Notes on Becoming”, showcasing works by Paloma Proudfoot and Grace Weaver.
